Shermco Industries is a founding member of NETA and has one of the largest field services divisions in the industry.</p>\n<p><strong><em> </em></strong></p>\n<p><strong>Position Summary:</strong></p>\n<p>In this role, you will act as the senior account representative for the company and work with our national Electrical Contractor clients. As a National Account Manager, you’ll partner with engineering and operations leaders across 5 major Electrical Contracting companies to help them improve safety, reliability, and performance through Shermco’s electrical services. </p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p>Remote with 50% travel.<strong> </strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop comprehensive Account plans with trackable metrics and KPIs</li>\n <li>Creating and monitoring targets for the national sales department.</li>\n <li>Building a trusting and professional relationship with clients.</li>\n <li>Meeting with clients and account managers.</li>\n <li>Ensuring that all accounts are looked after and maintained.</li>\n <li>Supervising and managing regional salespeople in your department.</li>\n <li>Following up on complaints and queries on behalf of clients.</li>\n <li>Promoting new services and products to clients in your department.</li>\n <li>Reporting to senior management on the status of your accounts.</li>\n <li>Taking a leading role in presentations and proposals for national accounts.</li>\n <li>Monitoring and identifying market trends, competitors, and new sales leads.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>A bachelor's degree in business management, business science, or a related field.</li>\n <li>A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a regional or national account manager position.</li>\n <li>Experience selling directly to Electrical Contractors.</li>\n <li>A sales background with a demonstrated history of sales performance.</li>\n <li>A solid grasp of sales metrics, performance measures, and technical indicators.</li>\n <li>A thorough aptitude for analysis and strategy.</li>\n <li>Decisive thinking and leadership abilities.</li>\n <li>Excellent interpersonal and client-relations skills.</li>\n <li>Negotiation, conflict resolution, and presentation skills.</li>\n <li>Dynamic and creative problem-solving abilities.</li>\n <li>A strong client-focused mindset.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER | DRUG-FREE WORKPLACE</strong></p>\n<p>Shermco is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
