Our work is fast-paced, hands-on, and requires a high level of ownership and accountability.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The Role:</span></span></p>\n<p>KEE is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex, custom equipment projects from concept through delivery.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This role owns the full project lifecycle, working across engineering and production to deliver high-quality systems on time and on budget.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the project lifecycle: from initial client contact through delivery and close-out</li>\n<li>Own project financials: estimate, track costs, and manage invoicing and payments</li>\n<li>Develop and maintain detailed project schedules: ensure milestones and deliverables are met</li>\n<li>Coordinate cross-functional internal teams (engineering, procurement, and production)</li>\n<li>Oversee procurement: vendor selection, negotiation, and contracts</li>\n<li>Monitor progress and proactively resolve risks or delays</li>\n<li>Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing expectations and resolving issues</li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards</li>\n<li>Travel to job sites as needed (~10-20%)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Qualifications:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree (Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field)</li>\n<li>Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously</li>\n<li>Strong financial acumen (budgeting, cost control, forecasting)</li>\n<li>Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams</li>\n<li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills</li>\n<li>Ability to manage demanding clients and resolve conflicts<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Preferred Experience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Custom equipment or engineered-to-order manufacturing</li>\n<li>Tunneling, underground construction, or heavy civil projects</li>\n<li>Familiarity with project scheduling tools (Wrike, MS Project, or similar)</li>\n<li>ERP or project cost tracking systems</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Benefits</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 DOE</li>\n<li>Paid time off starting at 3 weeks.</li>\n<li>Paid health insurance.</li>\n<li>Health savings account, with company contribution.</li>\n<li>IRA with employer match.</li>\n<li>Life insurance and long-term disability.</li>\n<li>Parental leave.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">KEE offers a fast-paced, hands-on environment where integrity, responsibility, teamwork, and the ability to constantly learn and work hard are central to everything we do.
