    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Position Description:</strong></p><p>Provides Academic Instruction to students following the approved curriculum and promotes student achievements.</p><p>We are seeking Instructors that can teach:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Math</li><li>Reading</li><li>High School Diploma&nbsp;</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Schedule: 7:30am-4:30pm</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Major Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Develop and prepare lesson plans; administer and correct tests</li><li>Identify, select, and modify instructional resources to meet the needs of students with varying backgrounds, learning styles, and special needs</li><li>Recommend curriculum changes and supplemental materials</li><li>Motivate and counsel students in behavior, training, personal problems, study habits, etc.&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinate with Independent Living Advisor, Counselors, and other staff as necessary to resolve issues affecting student training &nbsp;</li><li>Record and forward daily attendance to Student Records and maintain student personnel folders</li><li>Model appropriate behaviors, mentor students, and monitor both positive and negative behaviors through interventions&nbsp;</li><li>Be the mentor who helps students strive for academic excellence by empowering them to do their best, overcome challenges, and work to develop the skills that they need to become lifelong learners</li></ul><p><strong>Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
