This is a unique opportunity to drive innovation and elevate nutrition services across a large, diverse network.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>4 weeks’ vacation after 12 months + 3 personal days!*3 weeks’ vacation for first 12 monthsReimbursement for AND dues, state licensure fees and CDR renewal!Money toward continuing education events!Up to $5000 tuition reimbursement annually!</p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage the clinical nutrition program within Ocean University Medical Center</li>\n <li>Supervise, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team of RDs</li>\n <li>Provide direct patient care on a variety of units</li>\n <li>Drive Performance Improvement and Quality Management projects</li>\n <li>Provide training and education to the food service staff and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals </li>\n <li>Collaborate with the implementation and management of Sodexo’s meal service program and menu management system</li>\n <li>Be the primary liaison with medical and nursing staff and represent the department on hospital-wide committees</li>\n <li>Ensure DOH/State/Federal and company standards are being upheld</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p>Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience. If you need assistance with the application process, please complete this form.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications & Requirements</h2>\n<p>Minimum Education Requirement:</p>\n<p>Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) </p>\n<p>For those eligible for the registration exam prior to 1/1/24:</p>\n<p>Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Credentials Requirement:</p>\n<p>Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire.  In some states and/or facilities the RD/RDN credentials is required at the time of hireCertification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice. In some states and/or facilities state certification/licensure is required at the time of hire</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Minimum Management Experience: At least 13 months experience supervising and directing people and other resources to achieve specific end results within limited timeframes.</p>\n<p>Minimum Functional Experience: 3 years as experienced practitioner able to work unsupervised and provide professional supervision to developing practitioners</p>",
