The Sr. PM leads teams, manages financials, mitigates risks, and ensures alignment with company goals. Together, we build and play in Montana.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">WHAT YOU'LL DO:</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Project Leadership &amp; Execution: Lead all phases of mechanical projects, from planning and scheduling to budgeting, procurement, and execution, ensuring alignment with company standards and project goals.</li>\n<li>Team &amp; Stakeholder Leadership: Build and mentor high-performing teams while acting as the primary liaison for clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure effective collaboration and communication.</li>\n<li>Risk, Compliance &amp; Change Management: Identify and mitigate risks, ensure regulatory compliance, manage change orders and documentation (RFIs, submittals), and support accurate project tracking and reporting.</li>\n<li>Scheduling, Coordination &amp; Site Oversight: Create and maintain project schedules, coordinate with contractors and subcontractors, manage resources, and conduct site visits to enforce quality, safety, and milestone adherence.</li>\n<li>Financial &amp; Contract Management: Develop and manage project budgets, oversee progress billings, monitor financial performance, and ensure contract compliance and profitability.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">WHAT YOU BRING: </span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Education &amp; Technical Skills: Bachelor’s in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience) with 8–10 years in mechanical project management. Proficient in Procore, Spectrum, Microsoft Office, and reading mechanical/plumbing plans.</li>\n<li>Financial &amp; Contract Management: Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and contract oversight. Knowledge of risk management and construction compliance. OSHA 10 certified (or willing to obtain within six months).</li>\n<li>Organization &amp; Execution: Excellent at managing schedules, logistics, and multiple priorities. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to professionalism and core values: Teamwork, Responsibility, and Success.</li>\n<li>Leadership &amp; Communication: Strong team leader with experience mentoring, resolving conflicts, and collaborating across departments.
