We currently have 50+ offices across 15 States with much more growth on the horizon. <br></p><p><strong>What you will do:</strong></p><ul><li>Support the onboarding process for incoming employees and help them integrate successfully into their new roles.</li><li>Respond to HR-related inquiries and provide timely support to employees regarding compensation, benefits, company policy &amp; programs, career opportunities, and more.</li><li>Manage HR systems with precision and efficiency.</li><li>Maintains accurate and detailed human resource files, records and documentation.</li><li>Maintains confidentiality and integrity of employee &amp; organizational information.</li><li>Prepare department reports and HR metrics for internal use</li><li>Responsible for delivering and administering HR policies, programs, and practices across the organization.</li><li>Ability to position self as a credible, proactive, and trusted partner through relationship building and delivering results consistently and timely.</li><li>Collaborate with team members on HR projects and initiatives</li></ul><p><strong>What we look for:</strong></p><ul><li>1+ year professional experience in Human Resources</li><li>Bachelor's Degree preferred, Associate's degree required</li><li>Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office</li><li>Be a self-starter who can take on changing priorities and solve problems effectively.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What we offer:</strong></p><ul><li>Opportunity for advancement within a rapidly growing professional services firm</li><li>Ongoing training and development</li><li>Competitive compensation</li><li>401(k) and medical benefits</li></ul>",
