Answer phones as necessary.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Job Responsibilities:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Gather patient information by taking initial demographic information from rental source and document on Patient Information Sheet/computer system</li>\n <li>Verify all types of insurance and assist in creative financing when no insurance is available </li>\n <li>Set up initial paperwork</li>\n <li>Pre-qualify customers for reimbursement purposes</li>\n <li>Answer phone calls in a professional manner</li>\n <li>Project a positive first impression by greeting customers with exceptional customer care</li>\n <li>Computer input to include new patient data and various patient updates</li>\n <li>Unpack shipment when received and stock shelves as required.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum: High School Diploma or GED </li>\n</ul>\n<p> <strong>Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Preferred: 0-1 years previous experience in related position </li>\n <li>Preferred: Previous Healthcare or DME experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p> <strong>Special Conditions of Employment</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Drug test</li>\n <li>Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring</li>\n <li>Any and all additional eligibility requirements based on the specific position</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>$17.00 - $19.00 an hour </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience and education. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>KPH Healthcare Services, Inc. is a multistate organization and abides by all local, state and federal regulations as it pertains to minimum wage requirements.</p>\n<p> </p>",
