Maintain familiarity with and adhere to college policies and procedures. Provide instruction and an effective learning environment to facilitate student acquisition of the specific learning outcomes identified in the syllabi of the assigned course. Additionally, a minimum of one year of experience. Proficient in SMAW, GMAW, FCAW, GTAW in flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead position as well as operations in CNC plasma preferred.</span></p>\n<p>Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.<br>Ability to provide training and support to users with varying technical abilities.<br>Strong organizational and project management abilities.<br>Attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">PAY RATE:  </span>Highly competitive and commensurate with experience and credentials.
