We are a people powered organization, our people come first and our culture matters.</span></p>\n<p><span><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We Offer:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Hi-Lite offers generous compensation, including:</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span>$21.93/hour to start while working on airfield.</span><br></li>\n<li><span>Great benefits include health insurance options, 401K with match, paid time off, and a Christmas bonus.</span></li>\n<li><span>Hi-Lite pays for your airfare to/from job sites, hotel costs, and provides per diem for food</span></li>\n<li><span>Starting Pay Depending on Experience for proven operators</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span> </span><span>What Hi-Lite Expects From You:</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Ability to travel 4 - 6 weeks at a time</span></li>\n<li><span>Good attendance</span></li>\n<li><span>Willingness to learn </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Hours of Work:</span><br>Day, night, and weekend hours will be required</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Work Authorization/Security Clearance:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>10-year criminal background search</span></li>\n<li><span>Meet badging requirements at all airports and military bases</span></li>\n<li><span>Pre-employment drug screen </span></li>\n<li><span>Valid Driver's License with clean driving history</span></li>\n<li><span>Social Security Card</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span>You DO NOT need to reside in the area where this ad is posted</span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span>What You Will Do:</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Drive and operate equipment including a forklift, grinder, bobcat, hand striping equipment, blowers, and pickup trucks.</span></li>\n<li><span>Perform a variety of tasks involving strenuous manual labor in heavy/airport construction projects; perform manual work in preparing surfaces for striping and maintenance.</span></li>\n<li><span>Moving stencils, and duct-taping to prepare for painting.</span></li>\n<li><span>Maintenance and protection of traffic.</span></li>\n<li><span>Maintain a clean job site: pick up all tools and equipment and secure the job site each day to eliminate potential hazards.</span></li>\n<li><span>Material handling and storage. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.</span></li>\n<li><span>Load and unload trucks and haul and hoist materials.</span></li>\n<li><span>Ensure that proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed. Bring problems to the attention of the Supervisor, Human Resources Manager, or Safety Manager.</span></li>\n<li><span>Must be willing to travel for extended periods of time.
