Acts as the Designated Officer and Primary Company Representative for all security system compliance and regulatory matters. Provides leadership, technical guidance, and ensures adherence to safety and industry standards.</span></p><p style='margin-right:0in;margin-left:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;margin:0in;'><span style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES&nbsp;</strong>include the following:</span></p><div style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><ul style=\"margin-bottom:0in;list-style-type: disc;\"><li style='margin: 0in; font-size: 16px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Supervise and coordinate activities of Security Systems Technicians and related personnel.</li><li style='margin: 0in; font-size: 16px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Serve as Designated Officer and Primary Company Representative for regulatory compliance, licensing, and audits related to security systems.</li><li style='margin: 0in; font-size: 16px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Develop and maintain security system standards, policies, and procedures.</li><li style='margin: 0in; font-size: 16px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Plan and oversee installation, configuration, and integration of video surveillance and access control systems.</li><li style='margin: 0in; font-size: 16px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Ensure compliance with OSHA, state, and federal regulations for security systems.</li><li style='margin: 0in; font-size: 16px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Prepare and deliver price quotations for customer deployments, ensuring accuracy and profitability.</li><li style='margin: 0in; font-size: 16px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and efficient project completion.</li><li style='margin: 0in; font-size: 16px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Provide technical expertise and resolve escalated issues related to security systems.</li><li style='margin: 0in; font-size: 16px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Maintain documentation of system designs, configurations, and maintenance schedules.</li><li style='margin: 0in; font-size: 16px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Train and mentor team members on best practices and compliance requirements.</li><li style='margin: 0in; font-size: 16px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul></div><p style='margin-right:0in;margin-left:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;margin:0in;'><span style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'><strong>EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE</strong></span></p><p style='margin-right:0in;margin-left:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;margin:0in;'><span style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
