In this role, the facilitator also delivers ongoing technical support, manages provider and vendor scheduling, and ensures accurate clinical documentation through scribe responsibilities. Additionally, this position provides regional coverage for Clinical Coordinator and Phlebotomist needs as operationally required.\n<p> </p>\n<h2><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Support new telemedicine program launches, including intake review, provider alignment, site communication, technology setup, and workflow coordination.</li>\n <li>Provide ongoing technical support to sites using telemedicine services.</li>\n <li>Coordinate telemedicine provider and vendor schedules across multiple facilities.</li>\n <li>Create and distribute program communications according to established communication plans.</li>\n <li>Perform clinical support functions as needed, including scribing, clinical coordinator coverage, phlebotomy duties, and regional travel.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2><strong>Qualifications & Requirements</strong></h2>\n<p>Education</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Successful completion of an accredited CMA Course.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Experience</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience using Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Licenses/Certifications</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Medical assistant certification.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2><strong>We are an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer</strong></h2>\n<p>We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>We encourage you to apply!</strong> If you are excited about a role but your experience doesn’t seem to align perfectly with every element of the job description, we encourage you to apply.
