    "description_html": "<p>This position is responsible for backing up our various designated automotive parts delivery routes throughout Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota. This becomes necessary as our Route Delivery Representatives have scheduled time off and as we have open routes. While covering the routes this position will be delivering automotive parts along a predetermined route, while providing the highest levels of customer service. Each of our various designated automotive parts delivery routes starts and finishes in the same location each day. The work schedule is Monday through Friday (no nights or weekends!), working around 10-hour days, starting at around 5:00am.</p><p><br></p><p>Requirements of the position:</p><ul><li>Loading and unloading of automotive parts and safely operating a parts delivery vehicle.</li><li>Delivering automotive parts to our customers on a schedule and in a timely manner.</li><li>Be personable, while building and maintaining positive relationships with our customers.</li><li>Willingness to call on, and establish, new customer accounts.</li><li>Ability to be detail-oriented with all paperwork.</li><li>Communicate with customers, our warehouse Team, and our other Team members to ensure of accurate and efficient deliveries.</li><li>Safe driving throughout each workday, ensuring all traffic laws are obeyed and no accidents occur.</li><li>Work well independently without direct supervision, remaining productive and to task throughout each working day.</li><li>Neat and professional appearance that represents our company well.</li><li>The ability to lift up to 100 pounds and be active throughout the workday (including standing, sitting, carrying, lifting, twisting, kneeling, squatting, and other work-related movements).</li><li>Candidates must be 21 years of age or older.</li><li>Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.</li><li>DOT Health Card or the ability to obtain one.</li></ul><p>The starting hourly pay rate range for this position is $19.00 – $20.00+, will include overtime while backing up a route, and will be evaluated based upon relevant skills, training, experience, education and other job-related factors permitted by law.</p><p><br></p><p>We offer YOU:</p><ul><li>Opportunity for growth and advancement within our Company!</li><li>Leader in our industry for overall Employment Package!</li><li>Medical Insurance</li><li>Dental Insurance</li><li>Vision Plan</li><li>Health Savings Account</li><li>Cafeteria Plan</li><li>Life Insurance</li><li>Employer sponsored 401(k) &amp; potential Profit Sharing</li><li>Paid Time Off</li><li>Designated Paid Holidays</li></ul><p>The Health, Wellness, and Safety of our Team Members is a Top Priority for our Company!</p><p>Mills - A Trusted Tradition Since 1922!</p>",
