You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide personalized care and promote independence.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Why Join Us?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Be part of a dynamic team that values respect, dignity, and personal empowerment for all participants.</p></li>\n <li><p>Enjoy a fulfilling role where you make a positive impact on individuals' lives every day.</p></li>\n <li><p>Opportunities for professional development and growth.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Provide hands-on support with daily activities, including personal care, cooking, shopping, and managing errands.</p></li>\n <li><p>Foster positive social skills, model healthy behavior, and ensure the participant’s overall well-being.</p></li>\n <li><p>Implement individualized support plans and assist with physical lifting and therapeutic holds as needed.</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and the individuals you support.</p></li>\n <li><p>Ensure the safety and health of the participant, including following medical instructions and monitoring dietary needs.</p></li>\n <li><p>Encourage community involvement and assist in building new relationships.</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.</p></li>\n <li><p>Participate in training, certifications, and professional development to improve service delivery.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>High school diploma, GED, or HiSET required.</p></li>\n <li><p>Valid standard driver’s license (Class C or D).</p></li>\n <li><p>Must have own vehicle and provide proof of motor vehicle insurance.</p></li>\n <li><p>CPR/First Aid certification preferred.</p></li>\n <li><p>Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.</p></li>\n</ul>",
