We have been in business for over 30 years and have a great reputation throughout the industry. We are looking for a Regional Manager to give support to the Executive Directors at the facilities. The area covered will include Wayne, Oakland and Macomb counties. You will play a critical role spearheading growth and process improvement initiatives, manage profit and loss, and travel regionally to maintain a presence in the facilities you support to ensure sustained success. This is an on-call position, you will be required to cover open shifts. <strong>Experience managing a senior living facility is a requirement.</strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Develops or expands corporate and facility programs</li>\n <li>Monitors facility operations such as budget compliance, clinical services and regulatory compliance.</li>\n <li>Recruit, hire, develop, and retain high performance teams through training, coaching, and accountability</li>\n <li>Capable of filling in for vacant shifts and being available on-call.</li>\n <li>Identify opportunities pro-actively within the region and implement action plans to address any potential issues</li>\n <li>Strong problem-solving skills taking ownership and acting with a sense of urgency to reach resolutions</li>\n <li>Resolves all facility needs and requests. Ensures facilities are in working order</li>\n <li>Acts as team leader to the operational team</li>\n <li>Ensures that facilities comply with corporate directives and implement corporate programs</li>\n <li>Directs activities of regional office support staff</li>\n <li>Develops policies and procedures for facilities</li>\n <li>Represents corporation and facilities at industry meetings and promotes programs through community involvement</li>\n <li>Develop programs</li>\n <li>Monitor budget and regulatory compliance</li>\n <li>Recruit, hire and coach staff</li>\n <li>Oversee employee relations and staff conflict</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Skills</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>4 or more years of operations in Health Care industry</strong></li>\n <li><strong>2 or more years managing HFA/AFC licensed communities</strong></li>\n <li>Strong organizational skills</li>\n <li>Ability to travel up to 75% of week</li>\n <li>Strong computer skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Medical, dental, vision and prescription insurance</li>\n <li>Paid Time off starting day one</li>\n <li>Short term disability</li>\n <li>Life Insurance</li>\n</ul>",
