Our reach extends across 55+ distribution centers and thousands of retail locations in the U.S. and Canada ensuring that we deliver the right door for every opening – from homes to businesses and beyond.</p>\n<p>By joining our team, you become part of a legacy that blends the residential elegance of Clopay, known as \"America’s Favorite Garage Doors,\" with the industrial strength and 180-year heritage of our rolling brands, Cornell and Cookson.  Together, we secure everything from family garages to the world's most iconic stadiums and skyscrapers.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We currently have an opening for a Customer Service Representative in our Doral location.  Responsibilities include:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>In this position, the successful candidate will perform the following job responsibilities:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Communicate with customers in person at the Distribution Center and by telephone in entering orders under automation system controls.</li>\n<li>Assist in pricing of quotes and orders under automation system controls.</li>\n<li>Balance daily invoice edit.</li>\n<li>Audit open order reports weekly.</li>\n<li>Follow up on customers' claims for credit.</li>\n<li>Manage all system invoicing on COD and open-term accounts.</li>\n<li>Manage bookkeeping procedures required for setting up and maintaining current open terms and C.O.D. accounts, including requisitions for new customer codes.</li>\n<li>Assist with furnish and install programs whenever necessary, and process furnish and install invoicing and installer payables.</li>\n<li>Distribute all incoming and outgoing mail.</li>\n<li>Handle all incoming telephone calls: field telephone calls for product, as well as calls concerning bookkeeping or accounting matters.</li>\n<li>Various administrative duties</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Job Requirements:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>A high school degree is required, along with a minimum of 3-5 years of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.</li>\n<li>Basic computer skills are required with a familiarity of Microsoft Office Products.</li>\n<li>Previous clerical or office experience is beneficial.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why Choose a Career With Us?</span></p>\n<p>We don't just manufacture doors; we engineer the \"front door\" of the American dream and the security of global commerce.
