Known as Fozzy's, we provide professional and environmentally friendly services across the North West.</span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-weight: bold\">About the Role:</span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\">We are looking for HGV Class 1 drivers to work on a full time basis for days on our waste water contracts operating throughout the North West working out of our site at Tarleton, close to the city of Preston. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\">Driving a vacuum tanker, the work incorporates tankering various non-hazardous liquids from sites to disposal facilities across the North West of England. A phone will outline the navigation for the routes and jobs whilst working.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\">Due to the nature of the role, a full UK drivers licence is required holding no more than 6 points. A valid Class 1 is also required. <span>Full training will be provided. </span></span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Location:</span> </span><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\">Tarleton, Preston</span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Hours:</span> 50</span><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\"> hours per week (Monday to Friday) with a 30 min unpaid break. </span><span style=\"color: black; font-size: 11.0pt\">Increased pay for overtime hours worked.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black; font-size: 11.0pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Salary:</span> £15.00 per hour.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black; font-size: 11.0pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Overtime:</span> Paid at time and a quarter over standard hours and time and a half on weekends.</span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities - but not limited to:</span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\">Working on site, as part of a team</span></li>\n<li><span>Lone working in the vehicle of the cab</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\">Excellent time management</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\">Flexibility as start times could be between 04.00am-06.00am</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\">On call 1 weekend in 6</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\">Daily vehicle checks </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-weight: bold\">Experience and qualifications required for the role:</span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\">HGV class 1 driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\">Valid in date CPC (desirable)</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\">Experience with working with tankers is desirable</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\">Full training required will be provided</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-weight: bold\">What you will get in return:</span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\">In joining S&amp;C Foster as part of the Lanes Group - the UK’s largest independent provider, we are committed to fostering a workplace culture that prioritises the well-being, growth, and safety of our employees.
