Join us, and help write the next chapter in The Stanley’s enduring legacy.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>This role will be open until 6/30/2026, or until filled.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>The rate is $16.50/hr</strong></p>\n<h2>Job Overview</h2>\n<p>Responsible for set-up, mixing of drinks, service and clean-up of bar area while enduring quality service, guest satisfaction and the achievement/maintenance of company standards.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>\n<p>·        Make and serve drinks to guests following established guidelines, procedures and policies regarding beverage and safety controls as prescribed by company standards.</p>\n<p>·        Perform all guest contact activities in a cordial, efficient and professional manner; maintaining a commitment to guest satisfaction.</p>\n<p>·        Complete liquor requisitions and supply lists.</p>\n<p>·        Know and comply with state liquor laws.</p>\n<p>·        Ensure established pars are maintained.</p>\n<p>·        Perform all side work duties according to side work schedules.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>\n<p>·        All other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>SUPERVISORY DUTIES</strong></p>\n<p>None</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>BEHAVIORAL FOCUS</strong></p>\n<p>At Sage, we pride ourselves on the behaviors that build our culture and help associates perform in their positions. Please review our competency models to understand the behaviors expected of different levels in the organization (you may find these models in our learning management system).</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education/Formal Training</strong></p>\n<p>Bartending training and certification, TIPS Certified</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Experience</strong></p>\n<p>6 months bartending</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Knowledge/Skills</strong></p>\n<p>·        Must be 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Physical Demands</strong></p>\n<p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Pushing carts, Queen Marys, hotbox, portable bar 50 -100 lbs. Carrying trays, dish racks, glass racks, etc. 20 -40 lbs.</p>\n<p>·        Bending/kneeling -ability to bend to lower level cabinets and lift trays.</p>\n<p>·        Mobility -maneuver in narrow areas and between seated guests.</p>\n<p>·        Continuous standing required to service guest functions; 100% of the time scheduled.</p>\n<p>·        Climbing approximately 12 steps 20% of 8 hours.</p>\n<p>·        No driving required.</p>\n<p>·        Must be able to ruse records and all special requests.</p>\n<p>·        Must be able to perform multiple tasks at one time, must be able to follow verbal and written instruction in English, and be able to communicate both verbally and in writing.</p>\n<p>·        Must be highly organized and able to pay attention to sound and sight details in crowded and noisy situations, particularly when handling multiple tasks.</p>\n<p>·        Must be able to use tact and understanding when dealing with a variety of customer service problems, including stressful and highly emotional situations.</p>\n<p>·        Ability to accurately count cash.
