About The Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join our Sustaining Engineering team. This role focuses on supporting and improving released products throughout their lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving technical issues, driving cost and quality improvements, managing component obsolescence, and supporting manufacturing and field service teams. This is not an R&D role; instead, it emphasizes maintaining product performance, reliability, and compliance post-release. This is a full-time onsite position (Monday–Friday) and requires close collaboration with cross-functional engineering and manufacturing teams.
