Senior, Electrical Engineer

About The Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join our Sustaining Engineering team. This role focuses on supporting and improving released products throughout their lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving technical issues, driving cost and quality improvements, managing component obsolescence, and supporting manufacturing and field service teams. This is not an R&D role; instead, it emphasizes maintaining product performance, reliability, and compliance post-release. This is a full-time onsite position (Monday–Friday) and requires close collaboration with cross-functional engineering and manufacturing teams. Drive cost reduction initiatives through design optimization, alternate sourcing, and process improvements. Maintain and update documentation such as schematics, BOMs, and test procedures. Support regulatory compliance and product certifications through engineering changes and documentation. Solid knowledge of embedded systems, microcontrollers, motion control, and power electronics. Experience with FPGA and PLD programming required. Familiarity with both VHDL and Verilog preferred. Familiarity with thermal management, high-current system design, and best practices for EMI/EMC mitigation. Thorough understanding of regulatory compliance, safety standards, and industrial equipment certifications. Exceptional problem-solving abilities, and strong written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated success in leading projects and working in a fast-paced, collaborative R&D environment. What You’ll Bring Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering or related discipline.
