This role supports the overall manufacturing process by helping ensure components are accurately prepared and assembled in a safe and efficient manner.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Read blueprints and specifications to determine work scope and required materials.</li><li>Align components using jacks, turnbuckles, overhead cranes. pines, wedges, and hammers.</li><li>Measure and mark materials according to blueprint requirements.</li><li>Identify and stage parts in the correct sequence for assembly.</li><li>Cut and clean materials using Oxy Fuel or Plasma torches as required.</li><li>Tack weld components together when needed for assembly.</li><li>Remove rust, mills scale, and debris using grinders, wire wheels, or brushes to prepare surfaces.</li><li>Follow safety guidelines, company procedures, and applicable regulations at all times.</li><li>Meet or exceed daily production targets.</li></ul>",
