Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Customer Interaction</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Attending customer locations and communicating planned works</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Answering questions and providing reassurance on site</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Drainage Operations</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Inspecting drainage systems to identify blockages, leaks or structural issues</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Operating high‑pressure water jetting equipment to clear and clean drainage systems</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Adjusting pressure levels based on blockage type (e.g., grease, debris, roots)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Assisting with CCTV surveys when required</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Reporting all findings/data accurately back to operational teams</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Data &amp; Safety</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Completing digital data entry using a laptop or tablet</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Reporting safety issues in line with company procedures</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Performing routine checks and maintenance of jetting equipment</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">This role involves outdoor work, problem-solving, and teamwork — perfect for someone who enjoys varied days and working in the field.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Experience &amp; Qualifications</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">(Desirable but not essential unless stated)</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">✔ Full UK driving licence (Required)</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">✔ WJA Red or Blue Book</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">✔ Banksman</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">✔ Manual Handling</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">✔ Emergency First Aid</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">✔ NRSWA</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">✔ EUSR National Water Hygiene</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">✔ Medium Risk Confined Space</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you will get in return:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>In joining Sapphire Utility Solutions as part of the Lanes Group - the UK’s largest independent provider, we are committed to fostering a workplace culture that prioritises the well-being, growth, and safety of our employees.
