You’ll ensure every guest feels welcome, cared for, and excited to return—creating powerful moments that reflect the Gravity Haus lifestyle.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Provide an engaging, elevated level of service while maintaining a friendly and approachable demeanor.</li><li>Demonstrate full menu knowledge — food, cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic offerings — to make recommendations and enhance the guest experience.</li><li>Anticipate guest needs, handle inquiries or complaints professionally, and ensure every visit ends on a high note.</li><li>Collaborate with the bar, kitchen, and host teams to ensure seamless communication and service flow.</li><li>Accurately input orders, process payments, and maintain balanced transactions using the POS system.</li><li>Maintain table cleanliness, side work, and setup/breakdown standards before, during, and after service.</li><li>Support the team during special events, private dining experiences, and member functions.</li><li>Uphold Gravity Haus standards for sustainability, cleanliness, and hospitality at all times.</li><li>Promote Gravity Haus memberships, experiences, and programming in an authentic, informed way.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.</li></ul><p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><ul><li>Previous serving experience in a high-volume, full-service or upscale casual restaurant required.</li><li>Genuine enthusiasm for hospitality and connecting with guests.</li><li>Excellent communication and multitasking skills with a calm, professional demeanor.</li><li>A proactive, team-first attitude and a willingness to help wherever needed.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency.</li><li>Current food handler’s permit and alcohol service certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).</li><li>Comfort working nights, weekends, and holidays as business requires.</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to stand and work on feet for extended periods.</li><li>Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.</li><li>Ability to bend, reach, and move quickly during service.</li></ul><p><strong>About Gravity Haus</strong></p><p>Gravity Haus is a community-driven adventure lifestyle brand with hotels, restaurants, and experiences that empower a modern way of travel.
