This role ensures seamless coordination across diagnostics, providers, and personalized longevity protocols, maintaining a frictionless member journey and precise execution of care.\n\n Requirements\n\n Position Responsibilities: \n\n Serve as the dedicated point of contact for members, managing all communications and delivering a white glove experience\n Coordinate complex scheduling across providers, labs, imaging centers, and specialists (often across time zones)\n Manage end to end member journeys including onboarding, diagnostics, and ongoing protocol execution\n Track and facilitate personalized longevity protocols in coordination with the medical team\n Maintain accurate and up to date health records, test results, and provider documentation\n Coordinate referrals and follow ups, ensuring seamless information flow across all stakeholders\n\n Basic Qualifications: \n\n 5+ years of experience in care coordination, concierge medicine, health coaching, or similar high touch client services\n Strong ability to manage complex scheduling and logistics with high attention to detail\n Exceptional written and verbal communication skills\n Experience working with high expectation or high net worth clients\n Strong organizational and operational execution skills\n\n Preferred Skills: \n\n Experience in a startup or fast scaling health/wellness company\n Background in longevity, preventive, or precision medicine\n Familiarity with advanced diagnostics (MRI, DEXA, CGM, biomarker panels, etc.)\n Experience with CRM/EHR systems (Salesforce Health Cloud, Practice Better, etc.)\n Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and health data management\n Project management experience or certification (PMP, CAPM)\n\n Benefits\n\n Salary Range: $70 90k + equity + benefits"
