As an intern, you’ll learn what it’s like to work with a collaborative team across multiple departments, how we get news on the air and on our digital platforms, and the vital role other departments play at the television station.</p><p style=\"line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;\">Newsroom interns will spend 10 to 12 weeks shadowing and gaining experience in the following departments:</p><p style=\"line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;\"><i><strong>Assignment Desk</strong></i></p><ul style=\"list-style-type:disc;\"><li style=\"line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;tab-stops:list .5in;\">Assist team members in gathering news and information.
