This position involves comprehensive assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care for hospitalized patients, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the night. The RN collaborates closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and respond promptly to emergencies or changes in patient status. By maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to established protocols, the nurse supports continuity of care and facilitates smooth transitions between shifts.
