padding-left: 72px;\"><li><p style=\"background-color: white; margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;\"><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Follow all safety rules and practices.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"background-color: white; margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;\"><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Perform preventive maintenance activities such as lubricating, measuring wear, measuring positions, repositioning components, and observing operations, vibrations, and noise levels.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"background-color: white; margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;\"><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Perform emergency / break down maintenance as necessary to support plant operations.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"background-color: white; margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;\"><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Accurately use measurement and test equipment.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"background-color: white; margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;\"><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Perform electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and other repairs and installations as needed.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"background-color: white; margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;\"><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Maintain clean and organized work areas.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"background-color: white; margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;\"><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Prepare and maintain maintenance records and other paperwork accurately and in its entirety.&nbsp;</span></p></li><li><p style=\"background-color: white; margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;\"><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Trouble-shoot and solve problems.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"background-color: white; margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;\"><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Willing to fully cross train in other technical areas to enhance capabilities.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"background-color: white; margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;\"><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Complete Contractor Training and Safety Rules for contractors when new on-site.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"background-color: white; margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;\"><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Perform and complete PMs on machines in timely manner.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"background-color: white; margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;\"><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Research and obtain correct information for ordering parts.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"background-color: white; margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Operate all types of hand tools (i.e. drill press, grinder, wire brush, acetylene torch, etc.) normally found in a Maintenance shop</span></span></p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Able to examine and determine to what degree parts have worn, and repair or replace parts as needed.&nbsp;</span></span></p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 107%;\">Perform fabrication of equipment (welding both arc and gas) to desired needs.&nbsp; Be able to make adjustments on equipment to improve productivity. Be able to identify and locate unusual sounds that indicate potential trouble.
