Drive execution and compliance with all policies and processes to ensure the protection of our stores, colleagues, customers and property&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Network with other retailers, local law enforcement, mall management, and legal counsel.</span></li>\n <li><span>Provide a safe environment for customers and colleagues. Ensure compliance to the safety program.</span></li>\n <li><span>Drive improvements with store safety, shortage and audit compliance metrics&nbsp;</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong><u>Qualifications:</u></strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>High school Diploma or equivalent required.</span></li>\n <li><span>At least 1 to 3 years’ experience in asset protection / loss prevention.</span></li>\n <li><span>Excellent communication skills - ability to identify and communicate site-specific ideas and programs.</span></li>\n <li><span>Ability to work with all levels of management.</span></li>\n <li><span>Strong presentation and interpersonal skills; good follow-up skills.</span></li>\n <li><span>Working knowledge of the physical security aspects of the job including alarms, EAS, CCTV, and lock and key.</span></li>\n <li><span>Ability to make solid business decisions, make recommendations and implement necessary changes.</span></li>\n <li><span>Highly organized and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.</span></li>\n <li><span>Must be a team player.</span></li>\n <li><span>Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong><u>Essential Physical Requirements:</u></strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Prolonged periods of sitting, with occasional standing and walking</span></li>\n <li><span>Ability to bend, reach, hear, and communicate as needed</span></li>\n <li><span>Continuous use of computers and standard office equipment</span></li>\n <li><span>Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs. as required</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><i><strong>This job description is not all inclusive; additionally, Macy’s, Inc. reserves the right to amend this job description at any time.
