Our cash compensation range for this role is $75,000 – $85,000. Every staff member plays an integral role in our unrelenting commitment to equity. <br><br><br>The Team You’ll Work With:<br><br>You will join NYC Her Future’s Programs and Strategic Partnerships team, working at the center of a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment that spans multiple City agencies, community partners, and stakeholders.<br><br>This role will report directly to the Senior Director of Programs &amp; Strategic Partnerships, serving as a key thought partner and operational lead across the office’s growing portfolio. From flagship initiatives like STEAM workforce grants and public safety partnerships to maternal health and economic mobility pilots, you will help drive the execution, coordination, and visibility of work that reaches tens of thousands of young people across New York City.<br><br>You will work closely with internal leadership, agency partners (DOE, DYCD, NYPD, CUNY, and others), and external stakeholders to move initiatives from concept to implementation, ensuring alignment, accountability, and impact at every stage.<br><br>RESEARCH PROJECTS COORDINATOR - 05277</p>",
