Experience with principles related to assessment and development of joint and multinational doctrine. </li><li><strong>DoD Institutional Knowledge:</strong> Practical experience working within the Joint Staff structure, including understanding of JS mission, programs, and inter-agency relationships.</li><li><strong>Interpersonal & Communication Skills:</strong> Demonstrate effective  written and verbal communication skills and ability to build professional networks across CCMDs and DoD Agencies.
