At Ciocca of Atlantic City, you’ll have the opportunity to have a positive impact on our customers and our community while achieving your financial and career goals!</strong></p><p><br></p><p><u><strong>Qualifications:</strong></u></p><ul><li>Consistent track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales goals</li><li>Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required</li><li>Minimum 3-5 years of automotive management experience required</li><li>Excellent communication and customer service skills</li><li>Valid driver’s license and clean driving record</li></ul><p><u><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></u></p><ul><li>Responsible for profitability in all departments of the dealership</li><li>Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve monthly and annual forecasts for all departments</li><li>Hire, mentor and monitor the performance of all department heads</li><li>Maintain superior customer service (CSI) through dealership culture</li><li>Review critical metrics daily for every department and make necessary adjustments to increase production</li><li>Provide training and support to all staff</li></ul><p><u><strong>What we offer:</strong></u></p><ul><li>$175,000-$225,000 per year</li><li>Full Time including some Saturdays</li><li>PTO and holidays</li><li>401(K) retirement plan with company matching</li><li>Competitive compensation; industry leading pay plans</li><li>The top insurance program in the industry including medical, dental, prescription and vision</li><li>Advancement within the Ciocca Automotive Family</li><li>Employee discounts: purchases, repair, service, wash</li></ul><p>At Ciocca of Atlantic City, our team members enjoy a supportive and collaborative work environment.
