      "content": "<div>\n\n<li>Lead and coordinate development POM inputs in accordance with MAJCOM guidance and timelines.</li>\n<li>Develop, analyze, and validate funding requirements across multiple appropriations (O&amp;M, MILPERS, RDT&amp;E, Procurement, etc.).</li>\n<li>Translate strategic guidance (NDS, CSAF priorities, MAJCOM objectives) into executable programmatic resource proposals.</li>\n<li>Identify funding shortfalls, disconnects, and unfunded requirements.</li>\n<li>Build and maintain POM issue papers, change proposals, reclamas, and decision briefings.</li>\n<li>Conduct cost analysis and funding trade-off assessments to support leadership decisions.</li>\n<li>Support Program Budget Reviews (PBR), Program Reviews (PR), and associated drill processes.</li>\n<li>Analyze historical execution trends and future year defense program (FYDP) impacts.</li>\n<li>Perform risk assessments related to program adjustments.</li>\n<li>Facilitate data calls and consolidate submissions from wings and direct reporting units.</li>\n<li>Prepare and present briefings for General Officer/Senior Executive Service leadership.</li>\n<li>Support congressional inquiry responses and budget justification documentation as required.</li>\n<li>Coordinate with HAF, MAJCOM functional managers, and subordinate units.</li>\n<li>Track and reconcile resource data within applicable financial systems (e.g., ABIDES, CRIS, CCaR, or equivalent).</li>\n\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n</div>"
