With competitive pay and benefits, safe and stable work, and an environment that is caring and supportive, <strong>National Beef could become your next career move!</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Competitive Wages and Benefits:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Health/Dental/Vision</p></li>\n <li><p>Company Paid Life Insurance</p></li>\n <li><p>401(K) with company match</p></li>\n <li><p>Paid Vacation</p></li>\n <li><p>Paid Holidays</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Dry Goods Receiving Clerk responsibilities include but are not limited to:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Maintain a safe, clean and orderly working environment</p></li>\n <li><p>Daily inventory of all packaging supplies</p></li>\n <li>Issue inventory assignments on a weekly basis</li>\n <li>Sign off of all products received on a daily basis</li>\n <li>Verify packaging paperwork with incoming packaging items</li>\n <li>Identify all inventory items by description and item number</li>\n <li>Convert receiving to ensure counts are correct with BPCS</li>\n <li>Understand the daily packaging report, waste entries and variances to ensure recounts are accurate</li>\n <li>Work with accounting clerks to ensure all items are entered and accurate</li>\n <li>Communicate with leads and supervisors either verbally or through 2 way radio</li>\n <li>Assist in receiving and/or shipping as needed</li>\n <li>Follow all Food Safety/Good Manufacturing Practice requirements</li>\n <li>Wear all required personal protective equipment</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p>This is a safety sensitive position.  This position is on-site.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Qualified Candidates for the Dry Goods Receiving Clerk position should possess the following:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Experience with parts and supplies inventory control</p></li>\n <li>Forklift experience, certified</li>\n <li>Ability to operate a pallet jack</li>\n <li>Ability to lift items in excess of 50 lbs</li>\n <li>Ability to lift, reach and squat</li>\n <li>Basic math skills</li>\n <li>Good computer skills</li>\n <li>Good work performance and accountability</li>\n <li>Excellent attendance</li>\n <li>Available to work all shifts with a flexible work schedule</li>\n <li>Conceptual/analytical thinking</li>\n <li>Attention to detail</li>\n <li>Good problem-solving skills</li>\n <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>\n <li>Self-motivated and a self-starter</li>\n <li>Ability to maintain confidentiality</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Must be at least 18 years of age or older.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship at this time.</p>\n<h2>Company Overview</h2>\n<p>National Beef is a leader in producing fresh, chilled and further processed beef products for customers in the U.S. and worldwide.
