Host them alongside your chair</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"> means little practically but that you’re rooting for them, helping them verbally with formulas and placements and providing their educators with feedback to help us help them</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Education </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Be part of the team (Education) that ensures our skills are meeting the needs of clients</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Help ensure our level ladder and education system is hitting the mark</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">With experience and training, participate in advanced education (teaching)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Attend out of house education opportunities that come up - you’ll get first dibs! (for example -  there may be opportunities to travel to Davines events, product information nights or what have you)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Participate in company meetings and offer simple sessions on things such as:</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Products</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Customer service</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Blow outs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Consultations tips</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Sink services </span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Compensation:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Increased commission (since SPP): +2%</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Hourly wage for teaching classes and meetings: $25 (same as teacher)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">If sent out to education, cost of education is paid for.</span></li>\n</ul>",
