The position is subject to renewal, based on performance and budget availability. Successful candidates will have a Ph.D in Marketing or a related field from an accredited institution or Master's degree with at least five years of industry experience</span><span>.&nbsp;</span><span>Advanced ABDs will be considered.&nbsp;</span></p>\n<p><span>Located in historic Bethlehem, PA, Moravian University is recognized as the sixth oldest University in the United States. Moravian is conveniently situated between New York City and Philadelphia and provides access to a rich array of academic and cultural opportunities. The programs in the School of Economics and Business are nationally accredited by ACBSP.</span></p><span><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></span>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Teach a 4-4 load of undergraduate marketing courses in multiple modalities (on-site, online, hybrid).</span></li>\n <li><span>Develop and teach courses in Marketing, Management, Consumer Behavior, Digital Marketing, and related areas</span></li>\n <li><span>Provide substantive academic advising and mentoring for undergraduate students (majors, minors, first-year students, and others)</span></li>\n <li><span>Maintain active engagement in professional practice, applied research, or pedagogical innovation.</span></li>\n <li><span>Supervise experiential learning or marketing research projects</span></li>\n <li><span>Participate in professional organizations and contribute to a diverse, inclusive academic community </span></li>\n <li><span>Engage fully in the academic life of the School of Business and Economics, including program development, curriculum innovation, assessment, and participation in school-wide initiatives.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:36pt\"><span><i>Full consideration will be given to complete applications received by February 2, 2026.&nbsp;</i>&nbsp;</span></p>\n<p><span><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Demonstrated expertise in Strategic Marketing, Analytics and Research Methods&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Ph.D. in Marketing or a related field (ABD considered); or</span></li>\n <li><span>Master’s degree and 5+ years of professional marketing leadership experience.</span></li>\n <li><span>Strong analytical or research background, especially in integrated AI or emerging technologies in marketing</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>TO APPLY:&nbsp;</strong>Qualified candidates should attach their (1) letter of interest, (2) curriculum vitae, (3) names and contact information for at least three references, (4) three letters of recommendation, (5) graduate transcripts, (6) evidence of teaching effectiveness, and (7) statement of teaching philosophy, to their online application by clicking “Apply Now.” Please attach documents as a PDF file.</span></p>\n<p><span>For full consideration, applicants should apply by February 2, 2026.
