We invite you to join us in our vision of &ldquo;Making Lives Better!&rdquo;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Essential duties and responsibilities:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Staff will maintain ethical and professional communications at all times using respectful Trauma-Informed Care language</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provide transportation to clients needing transport services to clinical appointments within the Adult MH outpatient clinic and other appointments outside of the clinic that support mental health treatment</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Dependable and have strong customer service skills</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Organized and be able to be flexible in their approach to adapt their work schedule to meet the needs of the person and program demands</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Work in a therapeutic team serving adults with severe mental illness</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Light clerical duties to include scheduling and maintaining accurate travel and maintenance logs</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Responsible for ensuring all equipment associated with this position is kept in good working order</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Adheres to TPC Business Code of Conduct and reports concerns if ethical and/or business standards defined in the code are compromised</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Required qualifications to be successful in the job:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">High school diploma or GED</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">One semester (12 credit hours) of accredited college work; or minimum of eighth grade reading comprehension level as evidenced by score on the Adult Basic Learning Examination (ABLE) test</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Employees may be required to utilize their personal mobile phones for two-factor authentication (2FA).
