      "Value": "<strong>CMS Settlement Rep&nbsp;- Decatur, IL</strong><br>This is a full-time Non-Exempt position<br><br><strong>General</strong><br>The Global Business Services Settlement Department has an opportunity for the right candidate to become part of a team that offers a variety of responsibilities and challenges.&nbsp; The Settlement area is responsible for maintaining purchase &amp; sales accounts for multiple ADM locations.&nbsp; This includes all transactional responsibilities related to contracting and payment of corn, soybeans, wheat, coal and lime, corn germ, rice or other raw materials.&nbsp; This candidate will also pay and invoice freight transactions for ADM North America’s division’s largest cross country truck program.&nbsp; A strong candidate will be a team player, who enjoys problem solving and works well with internal and external customers.<br><br><strong>Experience</strong><ul><li>An Associate’s degree in Accounting or Business is preferred</li><li>Minimum of three years of experience or equivalent is preferred</li><li>Working knowledge of Agris, JDE, CICS and MS Office suite is preferred</li></ul><strong>Job Requirements</strong><ul><li>Demonstrate initiative, flexibility, strong analytical abilities, good organizational and problem solving skills adapt to a rapidly changing work environment</li><li>Possess a proven track record of being dependable, reliable and being able to meet strict deadlines</li><li>Function in a collaborative team environment</li><li>Knowledge of ADM Systems including Agris, IMS, JDE, MDM preferred</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Basic understanding of NGFA Trade Rules preferred</li></ul><strong>Responsibilities</strong><ul><li>Develop expertise and &nbsp;knowledge of grain and freight settlement practices and procedures</li><li>Complete Settlements for commodity activity for several locations or products timely and accurately</li><li>Reconcile interfaces for grades, unload weights, contracts and overfills/underfills</li><li>Process and pay freight bills for commodities and products</li><li>Monitor and resolve issues with unsettled tickets, expired contracts, accounts payable and accounts receivable</li><li>Master Agris Grain Settlement System, JDE Inquiry Functions, MDM, APGO, Document Direct and Agris System Control File</li><li>Work closely with all GBS colleagues to ensure excellent customer service</li><li>Develop partnerships with merchandisers, transportation team and other support staff</li><li>Look for continuous improvement opportunities in the purchase settlement processes and procedures</li><li>Cross train on other commodity settlement responsibilities</li></ul><div>Excited about this role but don’t think you meet every requirement listed?
