Evidence of growing competence, independence, and responsibility in modeling and engineering complex process automation capabilities&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Demonstrable first-hand and recent expertise engineering with Camunda&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>DevOps/CICD experience (Maven, BitBucket, GIT/Stash, Jenkins, Artifactory, uDeploy) is required&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Familiarity with Agile software development practices&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>You demonstrate a mastery of professional practices and methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Test Driven Development, Pair Programming, Code Reviews, Refactoring Techniques) and have a proven capability in leading and mentoring others in this regard&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>You have demonstrated effective technical leadership. You listen and ask clarifying questions. You have strong, educated, pragmatic opinions both on what we do and how we do it. You embody diversity and inclusion, taking the floor when you have information, experience, or perspective to share; yielding to permit others to grow and allowing best of breed ideas to prevail. Skills listed as “very helpful” or “helpful” are not strictly required.&nbsp;\n  </div>\n  <ul>\n   <li>5 years+ of BPM experience (2 years+ of Camunda experience)&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Experience calling Camunda via APIs &nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Leadership experience training others on BPM/Camunda&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Great team work and communication is very helpful &nbsp;</li>\n   <li>CI/CD Pipelines &amp; AWS, DevOps is Required.</li>\n   <li>Some Java + Spring to help with APIs is helpful&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Experience running Camunda / BPM or other things in AWS/cloud environments is helpful.</li>\n  </ul>\n </div>\n</div>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Compensation, Benefits and Duration</strong></p>\n<p>Minimum Compensation: USD 38,000<br>\n  Maximum Compensation: USD 135,000<br>\n  Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate.
