Responsibilities Work with clients and technicians to supply estimates for vehicle repairs. Assist in keeping a clean and organized inventory. Answer phone and assist clients in a professional manner. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences and optimize processes. Continuously develop product and parts knowledge with ongoing training. Bring your ‘A game’ along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day. Ensure parts are received in a timely manner and are accurate. Provide customer service to internal and external customers. Qualifications Proven experience as a Parts Advisor in the automotive industry. Tekion experience is a plus! Mercedes-Benz experience is a plus! Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues Strong analytical skills. A passion for the automotive industry and a desire to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments. Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred. Professional, well-groomed personal appearance. Clean driving record and valid driver’s license. Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. Knowledge of automotive parts and industry trends.
