Compensation for this role is $3,200 for the summer.&#160;&#160;</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities&#160;</strong></p><ul><li>Assist&#160;camp nurses with daily routines and parent phone calls.&#160;</li><li>Help with chores in the infirmary, including but not limited&#160;to:&#160;camper laundry, cleaning, making beds, restocking items, supply inventory, etc.&#160;</li><li>Chaperone and supervise sick campers returning home early by train or car to New York City when needed.&#160;&#160;</li><li>Accompany campers to local hospitals and clinics when needed.&#160;</li><li>Provide supervision for campers staying overnight in the infirmary.&#160;</li><li>Assist&#160;with other tasks to aid the nurses or camp&#160;program&#160;as necessary.&#160;&#160;</li><li>Prioritize camper needs when making decisions and&#160;uphold&#160;a camper-first philosophy.&#160;</li><li>Participate actively in the camp community.&#160;&#160;</li><li>Communicate, model, and uphold camp policies, traditions, and community standards.&#160;</li><li>Ensure the safety,&#160;supervision&#160;and well-being of all campers at all times.&#160;</li><li>Demonstrate professionalism and approachability,&#160;maintaining&#160;healthy boundaries.&#160;</li><li>Serve as a role model for campers and staff by showing enthusiasm, empathy, and commitment to camp values.&#160;</li><li>Live and work in a communal camp environment &#8212; including shared cabins, limited privacy, and group dining.
