    "description_html": "<p><strong>ParkerStore Support Specialist<br>Canton, OH<br>Triad Technologies </strong><br> </p><p style=\"text-align:center;\"><strong><a href=\"https://www.paycomonline.net/v4/ats/web.php/portal/46B48162C9161EE3BA4F76F7F2D59F4E/jobs/410946\">APPLY HERE</a></strong></p><h2>Description</h2><p>This individual functions as the primary contact for existing and prospective Parker Store customers.</p><ul><li>Maintains personal relationships with existing store customers and develops relationships with new customers.</li><li>Identifies and fulfills customer product and/or service requirements.</li><li>Fabricates hydraulic, industrial and pneumatic hose assemblies to fulfill customer needs.</li><li>Coordinates pick up transactions at the counter including locating and pulling orders as required.</li><li>Performs computer data entry related to all areas of Parker Store operations.</li><li>Performs accurate cycle counts, orders products, transfers product to other locations, receives and stocks shelves with inventory.</li><li>Works with store manager to maintain a professional store showroom appearance, assists in creating new displays and implements related marketing programs.</li><li>Performs daily/weekly cleaning of store and bathroom(s).</li><li>Along with the manager, is responsible for opening and closing the store.</li><li>Serves as a floater to cover call offs and vacations for Regional Stores.</li><li>May serve as on-call for after-hours customer emergencies. </li><li>Drives to deliver and pick up materials as needed.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2><ul><li>High School diploma (or equivalent)</li><li>Two to three years of related work experience</li><li>Must have excellent interpersonal and telephone skills.</li><li>Ability to communicate clearly, accurately, effectively and professionally with customers, vendors and other Triad employees;</li><li>Reads and follow written work instructions.</li><li>Possess strong mathematical skills- add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.</li><li>Able to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.</li><li>Able to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail</li><li>Must be able to handle products (inventory) up to 50 pounds.</li><li>Must be willing to work overtime, including Saturdays and holidays (after hour emergencies)</li><li>Possess accurate keyboarding skills (for data entry). To perform this job successfully, an individual should have Microsoft Office and Outlook knowledge.
