The successful candidate must have the ability to understand the needs of the Bar/Bartender and to facilitate such needs proactively, before being asked. We therefore encourage applications from all genders, races, religions, ages and sexual orientations, as well as parents, veterans, people living with disabilities, and any other groups that could bring diverse perspectives to our business.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Responsible for the cleanness of the Bar post, way before opening time</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Restock the bar with beer, liquor, wine, juices, bottled water and soft drinks, in sufficient quantities to cover the shift</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Restock ice when needed</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Prepare fruit trays that are crucial for the preparation of cocktails and other drinks/beverages and position them in each Bartender’s station. A number of backup fruit trays must always be available in the kitchen</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Constantly ensure that enough clean glassware exists at the Bar</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Maintain clean rags in each Bartender’s station </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Pick up empty glasses and bottles from the tables and outside the bar</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Always follow strict hygiene procedures along with the Food &amp; Beverage regulations</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><strong>Requirements</strong></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Proven working experience as a Barback for minimum 2 years in 5* Hotels, High-End Restaurants or comparable, in terms of quality, Beach Compounds</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Very good knowledge of English language.
