The only way for a company to meet such a goal is to consistently meet production deadlines and expectations.</em></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Position Description:</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Quality Inspector will perform in-process and 1<sup>st</sup> article inspections, evaluate part to print specifications and understand the inspection methods used for inspection and support the manufacturing process and personnel, while adhering to the Quality Policy, ISO9002/AS9100 requirements. Position reports to the Quality Manager and takes daily direction from shift Lead person.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Essential Responsibilities:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong blueprint and Geometric Dimensioning &amp; Tolerance (GD&amp;T) comprehension</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Able to use inspection tools, such as micrometer, indicators, comparator, etc</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Detailed to complete all paperwork, as required, including inspection reports</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Able to make mold casts to check ID dimensions</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Can identify dimensional and visual defects</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experienced with CMM or Vision inspection systems; able to run without supervision</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Able to understand and implement customer specifications and requirements</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Accuracy and attention to detail is highly important</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experienced with completing 1<sup>st</sup> article inspections, in-process inspections and final inspections</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must have strong knowledge of aerospace specifications and requirements</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must be able to know the importance of keeping material heats and types separate</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform other duties as required</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Proficient at reading blueprints</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Knowledge of dimensional symbols</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to identify visual defects</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to read micrometers, calipers and comparator</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Knowledge of measuring equipment</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to work together for team effort</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Team oriented</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Organized and detail oriented</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Adhere to document control</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Knowledge of various inspection reports</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">General computer knowledge</li></ul></div><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Benefits:</strong> <em>Enjet offers a comprehensive benefits package to full-time employees including paid time off, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, paid holidays, a 401K retirement plan, disability insurance, and more.</em></p><p><em>As an EOE/AA employer, Enjet Aero will not discriminate in its employment practices due to an applicant&#39;s race, color, religious creed, national origin, ancestry, sex, age, veteran status, marital status or physical challenges.</em></p></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
