    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong> </strong>The Operations/Research Analyst, Journeyman provides comprehensive research and analysis support for the task order for US Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM); Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (C5ISR) Center; Engineering and Systems Integration (ESI) Directorate.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Performs professional and scientific work requiring the design, development, and adaptation of mathematical and statistical modeling and scientific methods to analyze operational problems. </li>\n <li>Supports program reviews, meetings, etc. Performs other related duties as assigned. </li>\n <li>Provide cost estimating expertise to all personnel, at all organizational levels, on matters pertaining to the development, availability, and application of cost analysis methodology.</li>\n <li>Prepare, develop, and review program office estimates (POEs).</li>\n <li>Provide guidance and review of Government Cost Estimates.</li>\n <li>Conduct cost studies to facilitate the development of acquisition documentation for all aspects of lifecycle management.</li>\n <li>Provide subject matter expertise in the execution of Army and Department of Defense cost-saving efforts (i.e., Will/Should Cost initiatives).</li>\n <li>Prepare miscellaneous cost reports provided to senior level management. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum 5 years experience and/or AS/AA or 2yr Tech School; or HS/GED w/ 10 years or military experience E5 and up</li>\n <li>Knowledgeable with Department of Defense cost policies (e.g., DoDI 5000.73) as well as component policies (e.g., Department of the Army’s Cost Analysis Manual).</li>\n <li>TS/SCI Clearance</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Salary Range: $96,300 - $118,089</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The above salary range represents a general guidline.
