    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">MAINTENANCE ENGINEER APPRENTICEHIP OPPORTUNITY</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We are looking for a new Maintenance Engineer apprentice to join JNL based at the Wairarapa Mill site. This is a full-time role. You will gain on the job experience working onsite as well as attending block courses. You will be fully supported by our Engineering Team in studying towards a NZ Trade Certificate in Mechanical Engineering Level 4</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>If you have the following in your toolbox then we would like to hear from you;</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Passion for the industry</li>\n<li>A positive attitude with ambition, determination and a willingness to learn</li>\n<li>Observant and mechanically minded</li>\n<li>Strong commitment as well as the energy and the focus to study as required in order to gain the relevant qualification.</li>\n<li>Reasonable strength and fitness</li>\n<li>Confidence with IT, computers, technology</li>\n<li>Good organisational skills</li>\n<li>Good work habits/time management</li>\n<li>Good literacy and numeracy skills</li>\n<li>Strong eye for detail.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br>It is recommended that people enrolling in a programme leading to this qualification will hold NCEA Level 2 (ideally in Math's, Science, Technology, English) or equivalent.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We will support the successful candidate through the Trade qualification by offering a comprehensive training package.
