    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Responsibilities</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Coordinate visits to field offices and rigs to maintain strong relationships and gain a thorough understanding of technician capabilities and customer expectations.</li>\n <li>Utilize video and audio recording tools to create digital assets for both training and marketing purposes.</li>\n <li>Gather and document feedback from Operations regarding issues with existing products. Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to identify training gaps, and coordinate with relevant groups to implement long-term solutions.</li>\n <li>Provide onsite and remote support for all MDT products as needed.</li>\n <li>Collect and document product feedback during training sessions and ensure it is shared with the appropriate personnel for review and implementation.</li>\n <li>Develop and deliver training curricula and supporting documentation to strengthen the support structure for each product.</li>\n <li>Create and manage courses and training offerings within the Learning Management System (LMS).</li>\n <li>Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Qualifications and Expectations</p>\n<ul>\n <li>B.S in related field preferred, or minimum of 3 years of field experience in the energy or communications industries.</li>\n <li>At least 2 years of experience in classroom or field training preferred.</li>\n <li>Self-motivated with strong time management skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.</li>\n <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, and Teams.</li>\n <li>Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to large and unfamiliar audiences.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with Adobe Captivate or similar e-learning development tools.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Travel Requirements</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Up to 50% daily and 25% overnight travel required.</li>\n <li>Potential for international travel to low-risk regions.</li>\n</ul>",
