This is reflected in our industry leading levels of Employee Engagement. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>About the Property Manager opportunity:</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Resident Ambassador:</strong></p>\n<p>As our frontline lead, build strong relationships and deliver excellence by addressing concerns to maintain resident satisfaction.  </p>\n<p><strong>Leasing Champion:</strong></p>\n<p>Oversee the leasing process from initial inquiry to onboarding of new resident. Proactively monitor vacancies and achieve leasing targets. </p>\n<p><strong>Operations Guru:</strong></p>\n<p>Manage our property people, administration of services, collect payments, inspect the property and facilitate resident moves. </p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>What you need to succeed:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>3 years’ experience in leasing, property management or related field.</li>\n <li>1 year in a supervisor capacity in property management.</li>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent. </li>\n <li>Proficient with MS Office.
