    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Connecting clients to markets – and talent to opportunity</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We have acquired The Benchmark Company, LLC—a full-service investment banking firm with equity research and deep market and industry expertise. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>With 4,300 employees and over 400,000 retail and institutional clients from more than 80 offices spread across five continents, we’re a Fortune-100, Nasdaq-listed provider, connecting clients to the global markets – focusing on innovation, human connection, and providing world-class products and services to all types of investors.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Whether you want to forge a career connecting our retail clients to potential trading opportunities, or ingrain yourself in the world of institutional investing, The StoneX Group is made up of four segments that offer endless potential for progression and growth.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Business Segment Overview:</strong></p>\n<p>Immerse yourself in the best-in-class institutional-grade technology, working alongside industry experts and gaining exposure to various asset classes, such as equities, options, fixed income securities, and advanced trading, research, and management technology.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Job purpose:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Our Investment Banking Division provides a variety of advisory and capital-raising solutions to corporations around the world.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Leverage past investment banking or related industry experience to enhance Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) execution and/or capital raising outcomes</li>\n <li>Meet revenue and other financial goals by establishing and maintaining a pipeline of episodic deals.</li>\n <li>Ensure that proposed client solutions meet or exceed internal risk and return standards, including stringent ethical standards.</li>\n <li>Anticipate future changes in the marketplace.</li>\n <li>Identify and anticipate all types of risks (e.g. industry, portfolio, diversification, sovereign, commercial, currency, etc.).</li>\n <li>Serve as a leader and mentor to banking team, execute staffing models that support business needs and career trajectories for junior staff.</li>\n <li>Build client relationships by providing sophisticated financial solutions tailored to the clients’ needs and acting as a content provider on market trends.</li>\n <li>Oversight and execution of a myriad of capital markets and advisory service transactions as well as the oversight of the project / deal team, driving the work product through every phase of the transaction process.</li>\n <li>Serve as the expert on regulatory, financial and complex strategic issues relating to corporate finance transactions.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Significant deal generation and execution experience.</li>\n <li>High levels of motivation and initiative.</li>\n <li>Established industry relationships.</li>\n <li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with specific ability to communicate concepts and ideas concisely and defend their validity.</li>\n <li>Experience in recruiting, training and managing people at all levels of an investment banking team. </li>\n <li>Ability to work with other product team leaders in a cordial and collaborative fashion.</li>\n <li>Ability to comfortably develop and interact with clients in a professional and mature manner.</li>\n <li>Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines, and have the aptitude to synthesize large amounts of information and to develop innovative solutions.</li>\n <li>Adaptability, able to manage numerous projects independently and simultaneously.</li>\n <li>Very strong quantitative and analytical skills (including Excel modeling and valuation work).</li>\n <li>Excellent understanding of financial, legal and reputational risks facing investment banks in today's environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Hiring Salary Range $200,000 - $250,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity and alignment with market data.)   Subject to business performance and recommendations of management, this role may be eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.
