          "text": "<p><strong><u>Summary</u></strong></p><ul><li>Provides leadership and management oversight for the plant controlling organization</li><li>Establishes, or recommends to management, economic strategies, objectives, and policies for company to drive financial and manufacturing performance</li><li>Directs and oversees plant target business plan (BP) / forecast (CF) / month end (MBR) / year end closing (YEC) / cost variance analysis</li><li>Derives and steers measures to improve plant cost performance and achieve plant value added cost target short term and long term</li><li>Develops performance measures that support the company's strategic direction</li><li>Participates in key decisions as a member of the plant leadership team executive management team</li><li>Maintains in-depth relations with all members of the management team</li><li>Assists in formulating the company's future direction and supporting tactical initiatives</li><li>Serves as financial leader for the implementation of lean manufacturing / value stream management</li><li>Prepares reports which summarize and forecast company business activity and financial position in areas of income, expenses, and earnings based on past, present, and expected operations</li><li>Manages the capital request and budgeting processes</li><li>Directs preparation of budgets, reviews budget proposals, and prepares necessary supporting documentation and justification</li><li>Provides management with timely reviews of organization's financial status and progress in its various programs and activities</li></ul><ul><li>Advises management on desirable operational adjustments based on analysis of actual cost performance data</li><li>Ensures that record keeping meets the requirements of auditors and government agencies</li><li>Risk Management including reporting risk issues to the appropriate departments</li><li>Oversees inventory management and is business partner for the operational teams on inventory accuracy improvement</li><li>Reviews and oversees plant cost calculation for business acquisitions (CPE) to ensure quality</li><li>Continuously improve plant controlling, accounting, and reporting process including digitalization</li></ul><ul><li>Supports our Mexican plant (QueP) as regional lead plant and fosters collaboration between the plants</li><li>Implements operational best practices</li><li>Oversights campus cycle counting program</li></ul><p><u><strong>EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE</strong></u></p><p>Bachelor's degree (B.S.) from four-year College or University; and 10+ years related experience and or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. &#xa0;Masters level preferred.&#xa0; Degree preferences are Finance, Manufacturing Accounting, or Business Management. Financial / Manufacturing Controlling experience</p><ul><li>Prior plant work experience preferred</li><li>Clear and effective communication skills</li><li>Ability to work with little direction in a fast-paced and matrixed organization</li><li>Must be a team player and able to work with cross-functional teams in multiple locations</li><li>Strong analytical skills and assertiveness</li><li>Experience in partnering with executive teams</li><li>High level of written and oral communication skills</li><li>Master’s degree in business or accounting - CPA desirable</li></ul>",
