    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p data-pasted=\"true\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>PROJECT MANAGER</strong></p><p><strong>DEPT: Fuller Youth Institute<br>POSITION TYPE: Full Time (40 hrs/week)<br>STATUS: Non-exempt<br>REPORTS TO: Senior Director of Partnership, Training, and DEI<br>LOCATION: Pasadena or Remote</strong></p><p><strong>Brief description:</strong></p><p>FYI is seeking a versatile, high-capacity Project Manager to drive our mission forward across multiple domains. This cross-functional, essential role is built for a generalist who thrives on variety. Whether you are leading a research initiative, overseeing a content creation pipeline, or&nbsp;launching a new training curriculum, you are the engine that ensures ideas become reality.</p><p>The ideal candidate possesses a blend of ministry and project management experience and is&nbsp;capable of balancing our mission with project deadlines.</p><p><strong>Essential Functions:</strong></p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Project Management<ul style=\"font-weight: initial;\"><li>Simultaneously manage 3&ndash;5 high-priority projects across different areas of FYI (Research, Content, Training, etc.).</li><li>Collaborate with others on the team to define project goals, success metrics, and completion timeline.</li><li>Constantly evaluate the urgency and importance of tasks across different streams, making decisions on what moves forward and what is delayed with the supervisor&rsquo;s input.</li><li>Proactively identify potential problems in projects and develop contingency plans before the project stalls.</li><li>Build and optimize processes in our PM software (e.g., Asana)</li><li>Organize and maintain for every project meeting notes, draft versions, and final assets.</li><li>Build out templates for recurring processes to be more efficient.</li></ul></li><li style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Grant Management<ul style=\"font-weight: initial;\"><li>Track budgets, external contractors, and follow internal systems to ensure projects stay within scope for assigned grants.</li><li>Manage relationships with vendors on projects where outside services are needed in partnership with the Director of Creative Production.</li><li>Monitor project-specific spending to ensure resources are utilized efficiently and stay within the approved fiscal parameters.</li></ul></li><li style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Content Development:<ul style=\"font-weight: initial;\"><li>Apply a deep understanding of ministry contexts to create or assist with blog posts, curriculum, training resources, and digital courses.</li><li>Partner with the FYI Training team to manage the development and launch of&nbsp;digital courses for church leaders through FULLER EQUIP</li></ul></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Knowledge and Skills Required:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent</li><li>Two to three years of project coordination experience required</li><li>Youth or young adult ministry experience required</li><li>Research experienced preferred</li><li>Event-planning experience preferred</li><li>Proven ability to provide superb customer service</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Strong computer skills, with competence in Microsoft Suite, Keynote, Gmail, Google Docs, Google Calendar, etc.</li><li>Project management software (Asana or similar software) preferred</li><li>Works well under pressure and can manage pressing requests and situations</li><li>Able to prioritize multiple tasks</li><li>Close attention to deadlines, accuracy, and details</li><li>Ability to work effectively both independently and as a member of a team</li></ul><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Additional Remarks:</strong></p><ul><li>Must be willing to abide by Fuller <a href=\"https://www.fuller.edu/about/mission-and-values/community-standards/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Community Standards</a></li><li>This position is available for remote work within the United States subject to payroll state tax approval by Fuller Seminary</li></ul><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Pay Scale:</strong></p><ul><li>Hourly rate the seminary expects to pay: $29.00 - $31.00 per hour USD</li></ul><p><br></p><p><span style=\"font-size:8pt;font-family:Arial,sans-serif;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-weight:400;font-style:italic;font-variant:normal;text-decoration:none;vertical-align:baseline;white-space:pre;white-space:pre-wrap;\" data-pasted=\"true\">Fuller Theological Seminary is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
