          "text": "<p>Job Title: EDI Technical Lead<br />Job Duration: 3 Month Contract to Hire <br />Interview Method: Phone then In Person <br />Address: Chesterbrook Pennsylvania USA 19087<br /><br />Position Summary:<br />•    Under general direction of the designated Manager, individual will be responsible for Technical Administration and Operations of the EDI environment. <br />•    Provide all required support for Sterling Integrator, including but not limited SBI, SFG, SPE, ICC, and Light well Framework. <br />•    Responsibilities include supporting protocols such as FTP, sFTP, and AS2, performing code deployments, application upgrades, performance monitoring, and tuning of the EDI landscapes. <br />•    Responsibilities include proactively identifying opportunities to utilize the technology to solve technical and business problems as well as provide remediation support during incident and event resolution. <br />•    This role will help define and support best practice standards for the Technical Administration and Operations team supporting and environment continuous improvement and best practices. <br /><br />Primary Duties and Responsibilities: <br />•    Installation and tuning of Sterling Integrator products suite. <br />•    Maintaining stability and performance of the Sterling File Gateway, Sterling B2B Integrator, Sterling Control Center and Sterling Secure Proxy environments. <br />•    Actively manage the performance of the EDI Sterling environment, including capacity planning and tuning. <br />•    Support B2B communication and protocols including FTP, SFTP, HTTPS and AS2. <br />•    Responsible for creating best practices for Sterling File Gateway, Sterling B2B Integrator with supporting documentation and standard operating procedures. <br />•    Participating in remediation of EDI Sterling B2B incidents and events. <br />•    Provide 24 x 7 on-call rotational support including troubleshooting and issue resolution. <br />•    Work closely with other teams to remediate all EDI B2B issues, i.e. (server, network, MQ, database, etc.) <br />•    Coordinate with Delivery and Service teams to prioritize daily work for code deployments, application upgrades, performance testing support, and defect resolutions. <br />•    Will participate in the IT Change Management process to schedule and support all EDI related changes. <br />•    Provide support for new projects affecting the EDI B2B Sterling Integrator landscape. <br />•    Engage and interface directly with IBM as required for product support/questions. <br />•    Apply ITIL methodologies. <br />•    Contributes to cost versus benefit measures and analysis. <br />•    Performs related duties as assigned. <br />•    Travel is estimated at 5% <br /><br />Experience and Educational Requirements: <br />•    Requires a BS Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent. Normally requires a minimum of seven (7) years directly related and progressively responsible experience in EDI Technical Administration and Operations support. <br />•    Requires experience with implementation, operating, and performance management of Enterprise EDI B2B systems. <br />•    Experience with Sterling B2B Integrator, SBI, SFG, SPE, ICC. <br /><br />Minimum Skills, Knowledge and Ability Requirements: <br />•    5- 7 years of experience with Sterling B2B - Sterling Integrator, Sterling File Gateway, Sterling Control Center, Sterling Secure Proxy, Sterling External Authentication Server, Sterling Configuration Manager. Strong Data Exchange/ EDI background desired, supporting Enterprise level environment. <br />•    Working knowledge of EDI Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment. <br />•    Working knowledge of file transfer protocols including HTTPs, FTP, SFTP, AS2. <br />•    Experience and working knowledge of UNIX and Linux Operating Systems and commands. <br />•    Ability to document standard operating procedures and best practice to support environment of continuous improvement. <br />•    Solid understanding of business requirements and ability to apply supporting solutions. <br />•    Strong Self Starter and ability to provide training and support. <br />•    Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. <br />•    Strong organizational and prioritizing skills. <br />•    Good analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills to evaluate business problems and apply technology knowledge to identify appropriate solutions. <br />•    Good interpersonal skills and strong supportive team player required. <br />•    Excellent discovery and active listening skills. <br />•    Good relationship building skills. <br />•    Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. <br />•    Good group presentation skills. <br />•    Experienced and Working knowledge of MS Office Suite and Outlook.<br /><br /><br />Thanks &amp; Regards,<br />Anshu Pal<br />Direct: 972-301-2224 <br />www.saxonglobal.com <br /></p>",
