This role follows established procedures in the execution of daily activities and uses judgment in resolving basic issues or making recommendations.</p><p data-start=\"356\" data-end=\"381\"><strong data-start=\"356\" data-end=\"381\">How You&rsquo;ll Contribute</strong></p><ul data-start=\"383\" data-end=\"1629\"><li data-section-id=\"1g5wp8q\" data-start=\"383\" data-end=\"559\">Operates production equipment according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Batch Records, Manufacturing Directions (MD), and Manufacturing Operating Procedures (OPM).</li><li data-section-id=\"1mvzzqa\" data-start=\"560\" data-end=\"652\">Executes all procedures associated with cross-linked hyaluronic acid product production.</li><li data-section-id=\"55ljf\" data-start=\"653\" data-end=\"819\">Adheres strictly to written work instructions to perform solvent recovery, clean out of place (COP), and clean in place (CIP) of complex equipment and components.</li><li data-section-id=\"uvmteb\" data-start=\"820\" data-end=\"883\">Performs scheduled cleaning and sterilization of equipment.</li><li data-section-id=\"14z34vt\" data-start=\"884\" data-end=\"919\">Supports changeover activities.</li><li data-section-id=\"1bw6gaq\" data-start=\"920\" data-end=\"974\">Troubleshoots and resolves process-related issues.</li><li data-section-id=\"12pjwtm\" data-start=\"975\" data-end=\"1001\">Initiates work orders.</li><li data-section-id=\"uojh2z\" data-start=\"1002\" data-end=\"1057\">Reviews manufacturing documentation for compliance.</li><li data-section-id=\"14uwzat\" data-start=\"1058\" data-end=\"1105\">Coordinates sample preparation and testing.</li><li data-section-id=\"2px8o2\" data-start=\"1106\" data-end=\"1163\">Records data into Batch Records, log books, and OPMs.</li><li data-section-id=\"17snxa0\" data-start=\"1164\" data-end=\"1271\">Documents all work activities according to Good Documentation Practices; recommends document revisions.</li><li data-section-id=\"9im4ov\" data-start=\"1272\" data-end=\"1339\">Reports procedural deviations and nonconformance to management.</li><li data-section-id=\"1e0r1x5\" data-start=\"1340\" data-end=\"1472\">Assists Lead Technician in quality system generation, reviewing log books and non-critical forms, and maintaining floor metrics.</li><li data-section-id=\"11g7up3\" data-start=\"1473\" data-end=\"1629\">Maintains current training on all assigned procedures, including read-and-understood, skills development, and classroom training activities as required.</li></ul><p data-start=\"1631\" data-end=\"1648\"><strong data-start=\"1631\" data-end=\"1648\">What It Takes</strong></p><p data-start=\"1650\" data-end=\"1935\">The position works on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues or making recommendations.
